Cardswild™ is a trademark of the Wolcott Family. A federal trademark application is pending with the United States Patent and Trademark Office under serial number 50023950, filed July 30, 2026, in International Class 28.

Cards Wild™, Skis Wild™, Fishings Wild™, and Pirates Wild™ are trademarks of the Wolcott Family and are used under license from Cardswild.

All other product names, logos, and brands referenced on this store are the property of their respective owners.

Licensing the Engine

The Cardswild game engine is available for commercial licensing. Licensees receive the right to produce and sell decks under their own theme and artwork. The engine, its mechanics, and the Cardswild name remain the property of the Wolcott Family. Licensing is quoted per agreement and is not sold through this store.
